Accuracy First Bookkeeping LLC governs the use of this website and any services it provides.
Services
We provide professional bookkeeping support, including:
Financial organization and recordkeeping
Transaction categorization
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Accounts payable and receivable support
Payroll coordination
1099 preparation support
Cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping
We do not provide tax preparation, tax filing, legal services, or licensed CPA services.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure accuracy and efficiency, clients agree to:
Provide complete and accurate financial information
Respond to requests in a timely manner
Maintain access to necessary financial systems
The quality of our work depends on the information provided.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are agreed upon prior to engagement.
Ongoing services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
One-time services may require upfront payment
Services may be paused in the event of non-payment
Confidentiality
All client information is handled with discretion and used solely for the purpose of providing services.
Limitation of Liability
Accuracy First Bookkeeping LLC is not responsible for:
Decisions made based on financial reports
Outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information
Indirect or consequential damages
Termination
Either party may discontinue services with reasonable notice, subject to any formal agreement in place.
Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated as needed. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
